Additional Information
Rental Hours
Rental hours vary by studio but are generally any day of the week between 6:00 am - 11:59 pm. Rentals outside standard business hours are available upon request and subject to availability. Please contact us with your specific needs.
Booking
Podcast Studio, Chroma Studio + Kitchen
Bookings can be made up to 24 hours before the start of the scheduled rental time through our booking page. Please contact us if you’d like to schedule a booking within 24 hours of the reservation start time. Rentals are subject to availability.
Infinity Studio + BLANC Space
Bookings can be made up to 48 hours before the start of the scheduled rental time through our booking page. Please contact us if you’d like to schedule a booking within 48 hours of the reservation start time. Rentals are subject to availability.
Rescheduling + Cancellations
Rescheduling can be made up to 48 hours in advance before the reservation start time at no additional cost. All rentals are subject to availability.
Cancellations can be made up to 48 hours in advance before the reservation start time for a partial refund or rental credit.
Refunds: A refund processing fee of 3% will be subtracted from the total refunded amount. Refunds can take up to 10 business days to appear in a bank account or on a credit card.
Rental Credit: Rental credits will not endure a processing fee and will be automatically applied to your BLANC membership account for future bookings.
Any rescheduling or cancellations made after 48 hours are eligible for rental credit up to 75% of the original amount to go towards future bookings. All credits must be used within 6 months of the original reservation date. Please contact us if you need to reschedule or cancel your rental.
Location + Parking
Located just minutes outside of Downtown Fort Worth in Sunset Terrace. Studio entrance is located at: 2212 Peter Smith Street, Fort Worth, TX 76102. Free parking is available on location.

No problem. We have lighting, cameras, audio, lenses and gear available to rent to help move your production forward. Additionally, our production staff is available if crew members are needed. Please inquire for rates and availability.
