With over 4,000 square feet of interior space, BLANC offers a truly creative atmosphere that is the ideal venue for art shows, fashion shows, networking events, pop up markets, creative workshops and much more!

BLANC Space

$250/HR [3 hour minimum]

  • Great for photo booths, film premieres, digital experiences and pop-ups to take your event to the next level

Additional Information

Rental Hours

Rental hours vary per event but are generally any day of the week between 8:00 am - 12:00 am. Rentals outside standard business hours are available upon request and subject to availability. Please contact us with your specific needs.

Booking

Bookings can be made up to 6 months before the start of the scheduled event rental time. A non-refundable deposit of $250 is required to book and will go towards your total balance. The remaining balance is due 2 weeks before your scheduled event rental time.

Rescheduling + Cancellations

Things come up so we offer a flexible cancellation policy. Cancellations made up to 2 weeks in advance before the event rental start time will result in no additional fees.

Any cancellations made after 2 weeks will result in a $150 cancellation fee and full refund (minus the non-refundable deposit). Any cancellations made within 48 hours of your event rental start time will result in a $150 cancellation fee and partial refund of 75% (minus the non-refundable deposit). Please contact us if you need to reschedule or cancel your rental.

Located just minutes outside of Downtown Fort Worth in Sunset Terrace. Studio entrance is located at: 2212 Peter Smith Street, Fort Worth, TX 76102. Free parking is available on location.
